At the moment we are not allowed to sell insurance. We ask that you email a copy of your insurance before your arrival day whether it covers in the USVI or not.
We do accept credit card insurance.
If your insurance is unable to cover anything that may happen to the vehicle while in your care, our insurance will automatically kick in for the primary driver and you will be responsible for the $1,500.00 deductible.
We require a $100.00 deposit which is non-refundable.
No call, no shows are required to pay the full rate of reservation.
Yes, we do offer Roadside assistance for $20/day.
Those who opt-out will be charged a $175.000 service fee in the event we are called.

Our vehicles are NOT allowed to travel off of St. John.
You must be 25 years or older to rent/drive a vehicle with Aqua Blu.
The roof & doors are NOT allowed to be removed off of the vehicles.
Yes, we offer pickup & drop-off at the ferry dock.
Please give us a call before the ferry departs from St. Thomas to confirm which ferry you are able to board.
Pick up time starts at 1:00 pm.
Return time is 10:30 am at the latest.
We do offer vehicle delivery and pick up to Villas/ Resorts in close proximity to Cruz Bay for a fee.
Please let us know what Villa you are staying at before your arrival day.
Our normal office hours are from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
We do offer after-hour pickups for customers flying in late. Please let us know in advance if you will be arriving at St. John after office houses to set up our after-hour pickups.
Drivers outside of the United States and Canada must purchase a U.S.V.I Temp. Drivers License from Aqua Blu Car Rental.
We ask that you return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel that was given the same day you received the vehicle.
If you are unable to fill up the vehicle or if the vehicle is not returned with the same amount of fuel as the day you’ve received the vehicle, you will be charged for the fuel price plus an extra fee.
All of our vehicles are non-smoking vehicles.
There will be a fine for renters smoking in the vehicle and if the vehicle smells like cigarettes or any other type of smoke.
Yes, we do charge a cleaning fee if the vehicle is brought back with an excessive amount of sand or trash and if the seats are soaked with water.
Yes, all of our vehicles are 4x4 and automatics with hard top roofs.
Pets are not allowed in the vehicles
